PROJECTS | SUMMARY
Gros Islet Fire Station is located in the North of the Island. This project commenced on the 1st of June 2001 and was completed on the 30th of March 2002. It was constructed by Rigo Dream Houses, with Architect Project Manager, Newel Lewis Broadbridge Associates (NLBA).
Dennery Fire Station is situated on the East Coast of the Island. This project commenced on the 1st of June 2001 and was completed on the 2nd of June 2002. It was constructed by Charles and Jules Construction Ltd, with Architect Project Manager Paul Hippolyte and Associates.
Vieux-Fort Police is situated in the East Coast of the Island. This project commenced on the 21st January 2002 and was completed on the 21st of January 2003. It was constructed by Dagcon Ltd, with Architect Project Manager Newel Lewis Broadbridge Associates (NLBA).
Anse La Raye Police Station is located in the West Coast of the Island. This project commenced on the 29th of June 2001 and was completed on the 20th March 2002. It was constructed by the National Contruction Ltd, with Architect Project Manager Leslie D. Mondesir.
Marchand Police Station is situated to the North East of the Island. This project commenced on the 25th of October 1999 and was completed on the 25th of November 2000. It was constructed by R&F Construction Ltd with Architect Project Manager Newel Lewis Broadbridge Associates (NLBA).
Marigot Police Station is situated to the North East of the island. This project commenced on the 25th of October 1999 and was completed on the 25th of November 2000. It was constructed by Caribbean Building Contractors with Architect Project Manager Leslie D. Mondesir.
Choiseul Police Station is situated in the South West of the Island. This project commenced on the 14th of March 2001 and was completed on the 30th of November 2001. It was constructed by A&A Construction Ltd with Architect Project Manager Total Design Associates/ Paul Hippoltye and Associates.
Canaries Police Station is situated to the West Coast of the Island. This project commenced on the 28th of November 2000 and was occupied on the 28th of October 2001. It was constructed by Peter Gustave Construction Ltd with Architect Project Manager Leslie D. Mondesir.
Laborie Police Station is situated to the South West of the Island. This project commenced on the 7th of June 2001 and was completed on the 28th of February 2002. It was constructed by Julius Boulogne with Architect Project Manager Total Design Associates.

FEATURED PROJECT
Emerald Development
Emerald Development involves the creation of a new community comprising up-market residential lots in Grande Riviere, Quarter of Gros Islet. The site is accessible via the Grand Riviere Main Road. The total area of the development is in excess of twenty eight (28) acres. The roadworks and drainage project constitute but is not limited to the construction of a total of 2km of asphaltic concrete residential access roads and drainage facilities.
In the execution of the above works, the contractor is expected to excavate the road reserve, backfill the appropriate areas, construct rubble masonry retaining walls where necessary, excavate and construct a complete storm drain system consisting of reinforced block work open roadside and interlot insitu drains, concrete culverts and catch pits, as well as the inclusion of sleeves for the construction of the water distribution network.
In addition, water distribution and sewerage works has to be executed. The project summary which follows provides useful information for evaluating the scope of the works.
